Everyone who attends the tournament will receive each of the following:
- Promo pack:

- 3 Link to the Heavens
- 1 Hired Legion

- 3 To Move the Shade
- Race for the Throne Novella
- Rare handouts throughout the day
Prizes will be handed out to:
- Best Sportsman
- Best Clan Attire
- Farthest Traveled
- Best Storyline Theme Deck
- Placing in the Top 8
- Top of Clan
- Special prizes for the Top Spider!
Types of prizes available at the Daigotsu Kotei:
- Foiled Samurai Edition common and uncommon sets
- Test of the Emerald and Jade Champion sets
- A complete Samurai Edition set
- Lots and lots of rares and promo’s!
- There’ll also be prizes for our side events!
The Kotei Winner will get:
- 2 Military points
- A choice from the Claim Power list
- One invitation to the Samurai Championships
- And a Kotei trophy
"Favor of the Dark Lord"
Daigotsu himself will be in attendance of this Kotei and will be carefully watching his domain for one who posses talent and passion for the Taint and corruption he portrays in his Spider Clan.
The Dark Lord will show favor:
For Appearing in his Court in appropriate attire (costume): 3 points
For a Spider appearing in his Court in appropriate attire (costume): 5 points
For Pledging Allegiance to the Spider Clan (Donate 4+ copies of Daigotsu Usharo or Daigotsu Meguro): 3 points
For Embracing the Darkness (play 3 Dark Virtues for their own text in a game): 2 points (can be earned each round)
For Embracing the Taint (give 7+ of your personalities the Shadowlands trait who don't have it printed): 5 points (can be earned each round)
For bringing great Honor to the Spider Clan (win an Honor Victory as a Spider player): 3 points (can be earned each round)
For bringing victory to the Spider Clan (win a non-honor Victory as a Spider player): 1 point (can be earned each round)
For Spreading the Taint (give 3+ of your opponents personalities the Shadowlands trait): 3 points (can be earned each round)
For calling forth the Shadowlands Horde (have the most personalities in play with the Shadowlands trait): 3 points (given to one player each round)
For Embracing the Dark Side of the Force (have the most force on a single personality, with or without taint): 3 points (given to one player each round)
The Dark Lord will then reward his most loyal of servants, the one who has garnered the most favor (points), with 12 booster packs of The Truest Test, a custom Honor Counter and a print to be drawn by the Dark Lords premier artist, Daigotsu (Steve) Argyle, on site during the event.

All Dark Lords Favor points will be awarded during the Swiss rounds, the winner will be announced after the Dinner break.
